TRIGO, The PIC Group is seeking a Staffing Assistant in Woodstock, ON.

Overall Purpose

Plan, direct, and coordinate scheduling services of sites or regions; such as scheduling manpower as per requirements, information management, data entry, and other office support services

Ensuring a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers

Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies and QMS

 

Reports to

Quality Recourse Coordinator

Responsibilities

Client relationship & Business development

         Conduct scheduling services supporting containment projects and sorting activities

  • Research, develop and maintain good working relationships within the team
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with field staff
  • Coordinating, scheduling, and deploying field staff to customer/location site

Operations

  • Ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Assisting operations with all scheduling required for mission
  • Handle full cycle onboarding of new hires
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with operations team
  • Fill all request for required personnel in a timely manner
  • Multi-tasking working on various missions at once
  • Data entry in to company portal and inspector file updating and maintenance
  • Demonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents
  • Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies

Organization & management

  • Assisting operations with ensuring staff availability and qualifications to perform the jobs/missions
  • Load all required paperwork into the company portal
  • Assist recruiters in other areas when necessary
  • Perform audits on all electronic job files to ensure required documents have been stored by all departments
  • Contact and dispatch inspectors to missions when needed
  • Sends weekly summaries to the appropriate staff

Technical

  • Update elect to work and Scheduling information in the company portal
  • Time entry into company portal

Other

  • Any other duties as assigned
