PIC, A TRIGO Company is seeking to fill a Quality Resource Coordinator position whose main focus will be on recruiting and dispatching hourly personnel.  This position requires attention to detail, and a can do attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities: (To include but not limited to the following)
• Responsible for recruiting of new employees
• Attend job fairs and other recruiting events
• Interview and recommend qualified candidates for open positions
• Conduct pre-employment assessment tests and screens
• Prepare new hire packages
• Conduct new staff orientations
• Responsible for creating new employee files
• Professionally interact with internal and external customers to provide the highest level of customer service
• Maintain available inspector bank to ensure quick response times
• Contact and dispatch employees to sort and project openings
• May handle initial request for sorts and coordinate needs with customer reps and suppliers
• Prepare reports
• Support company Health and Safety Policies
• Other duties as assigned

• Associate's degree is required. BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred
• 3+ years experience in Human Resources or Recruiting and Staffing
• Working knowledge of the Automotive/Manufacturing Industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
• Ability to coordinate, prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

The successful candidate will have superior communication skills. Must be self-directed and flexible. This position may require out of state and/or overnight travel with short notice.
